Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets

The Samarium Magnet Company manufactures and sell custom Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) magnets in every grade — from standard commercial performance to extreme high-temperature aerospace and industrial specifications. All permanent magnet orders are built to order, precision-machined, and delivered rapidly with some of the shortest lead times in the industry.

For lower-temperature grades, we also work with a network of licensed, export-approved partner facilities in Asia that support high-volume, cost-efficient production. Each partner maintains full export compliance across multiple applications, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery to global markets.

High-temperature, high-coercivity, and specialty NdFeB grades magnets are supplied directly from our Gulf-based facilities, fully independent of Chinese export controls and compliant with DFARS 252.225-7052 when required.

We sell a full range of Neodymium (NdFeB) magnet grades, all of which can be manufactured to your exact dimensions, coating requirements, and performance specifications:

• N35–N52: These are the general-purpose strength levels for NdFeB magnets. N52 delivers the highest pull force in the standard range. These grades are for environments that stay below 80 °C.
• N30M–N50M: “M” grades offer improved thermal stability and are a reliable choice for systems that run at temperatures approaching 100 °C.
• N30H–N48H: The “H” series is engineered for hotter conditions and maintains magnetic performance at operating temperatures up to 120 °C.
• N30SH–N45SH: “SH” magnets are built for more demanding thermal loads and can safely function in applications reaching 150 °C. Our standard SH grade can be either HREE-free or contain the HREE elements Dysprosium (Dy) and Terbium (Tb), upon request.
• N28UH–N40UH: The “UH” category is designed to tolerate very high operating temperatures, supporting applications that reach up to 180 °C with minimal loss of strength.
• N28EH–N38EH: “EH” grades are the most thermally robust of the standard NdFeB families, providing magnetic stability in extreme environments up to 200 °C, commonly required in automotive, industrial, and aerospace systems.
• N28AH-N38AH: "AH" grades are high-temperature NdFeB magnets that maintain magnetic stability in environments up to 230 °C. They are commonly used in aerospace and industrial applications requiring durability in extreme conditions."
