SmCo22 Samarium Cobalt Magnets

The Samarium Magnet Company supplies custom SmCo22 samarium cobalt magnets in standard SmCo22, SmCo22H, SmCo22L, and SmCo22LT variants, alongside the additional SmCo₅-based variants specified in our product range. These samarium cobalt permanent magnets serve demanding applications where magnetic strength, resistance to demagnetization, and temperature stability are critical. Selecting the right grade depends on the required remanence, intrinsic coercivity, operating temperature, and magnetic circuit conditions. We work with OEMs, engineers, and procurement teams to supply custom magnets with application-specific shapes, dimensions, tolerances, and magnetization directions for aerospace, defense, electric motors, generators, sensors, oil and gas, and industrial equipment. We offer an alternative sourcing route outside China. Contact The Samarium Magnet Company to discuss your specifications, compare suitable grades, and request a custom samarium cobalt magnet quote.

**This list showcases our most popular samarium cobalt magnet specifications. A full range of chemistries, and custom configurations is available in our complete SmCo magnet catalogue.

When specifying SmCo22 samarium cobalt magnets, evaluate more than maximum energy product (BH)max. Remanence (Br), intrinsic coercivity (Hcj), operating temperature, and resistance to demagnetization all affect performance in the finished magnetic assembly. Suffix-designated grades such as SmCo22H, SmCo22L, and SmCo22LT should be evaluated against their respective manufacturer specifications rather than assumed to have interchangeable properties. For the most reliable selection, provide your operating temperature, dimensional tolerances, magnetization direction, and exposure to opposing magnetic fields when requesting a quote.
